EKSPLORASI KERAGAMAN PLASMA NUTFAH JENGKOL DI KABUPATEN SIJUNJUNG BERDASARKAN KARAKTER MORFOLOGI

Jengkol merupakan salah satu komoditas unggulan di Kabupaten Sijunjung. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mendapatkan informasi mengenai keragaman karakter morfologi aksesi plasma nutfah jengkol Penelitian dilaksanakan tiga kecamatan Sijunjung, Sumatera Barat bulan Januari sampai dengan Mei 2021. eksplorasi. Karakter yang diamati meliputi vegetatif dan generatif, mengacu kepada deskripsi varietas telah didaftarkan. Data dianalisis menggunakan perangkat lunak R.3.5.2 analisis klaster, SPSS 17.0 analisa komponen utama. 60 hasil eksplorasi Sijunjung dikelompokkan ke dalam dua kelompok utama, yaitu 1 terdiri aksesi, UGB 2A, ARS 2B, sedangkan sisanya masuk 2.
